SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Newly acquired, Raider receiver, defiantly mooned the entire city of San Francisco. In an effort to prove that the Oakland Raiders are the premier team in the Bay area, Moss dropped his drawers, in downtown San Francisco on the steps of City Hall.

An entire line of gay couples waiting to apply for marriage licenses, approved with glee. One bystander exclaimed, "Randy you'd make a hellava sixty..., I mean fourty-niner."

Oakland reported a surge in season ticket request from 49er defectors.
