Trading for Moss a Good Thing
by Anita Seervold By acquiring Randy Moss in a trade that involved a high draft pick and some used footballs, I really think the Oakland Raiders have improved their team. My belief is that by adding good players to your team, you will be better. Conversely, by removing good players from your team, you will probably be worse. If Randy Moss is arguably the best receiver in football (as my husband tells me) than taking him away from the Vikings can't be good for them. I'd be happier if I were Oakland or a Raiders fan. I heard my husband mumble something about distraction and mooning in Green Bay in January. I can't believe that. Who in their right mind would drop their pants in Wisconsin in January, I mean other than those girls you see on MTV's Spring Break who always seem to be totally out of control and from the University of Wisconsin. Maybe there's something in the cheese there. Those girls are completely out of control and all my son talks about is going there for college, and he's only in 8th grade. It's funny, the guys who are idiots and behave out of control are from all over the country. But MTV seems to zoom in on those Wisconsin girls and they know what the results will be. My son was watching MTV and they showed one of those 'whatever happened to' shows and spotlighted the original girls who was followed around by MTV's cameras. She seemed surprised that her popularity increased on campus. I guess she was surprised because they all behave like that - so why should she be any different? Sluts. Anyway, I think Oakland got the better end of the Moss trade.
