NBA's DAVID STERN HIRES LOCKSMITH FOR LOCKOUT With talk of a major labor dispute between the NBA Player's Association and the NBA, Commissioner David Stern anticipates a lock out of the players next fall. "We're going to probably lock them out so locking them out means we've got a lot of locks to change," Stern said. He added, "Most of them have keys to the arenas and there's a ton of doors on all the arenas." Stern is negotiating with Herb's Locks with No Bagels Locksmith Service to handle the job. Stern added, "Herb Shreiner has been a solid performer in the trade for a number of years. We like his work and if Herb gets started right after the finals we can have a really good lockout." Shreiner commented, "This'll be a nice little job. You figure about a hundred doors per arena times around 30 or so and I'm changing some locks." Shreiner wife, Mitzi added, "Just think my Herbie's in the NBA, who'd ever figure that schmuck would get anything right?"
