> AUSTIN, TX - The Texas state legislature, fresh off a ban of 'sexy cheerleader moves' has decided to take the anti -obscenity acts a step further by restricting what clothing women and girls are allowed to wear in public.  Skirts above the knee, any outfit that shows the belly button and tops with plunging necklines have all been banned.  Violators face a $500 fine for the first offense, and possible jail time for subsequent offenses.
