FRAUDULENT REPORTER ARRESTED AT SHEA STADIUM

NEW YORK, NY - Mark Sabia, 39, of Ossining, N.Y., was arrested Monday at Shea Stadium in New York for passing himself off as a reporter for a non-existent cable news service. Sabia enter the press box with false press credentials and proceeded to stuff himself at the free press buffet. Several overweight reporters were incensed when Sabia allegedly scarfed down a whole bowl of bean dip. Reporter Todd Dodd explained that he became suspicious when Sabia ate for two hours and never even pulled out a pen.

Sabia has obtained credentials to every New York baseball  and World Series game for the past fifteen years. When police arrested him, Sabia had three boxes of zip lock storage bags in his possession. It is estimated that Sabia has pilfered over one million dollars worth of free food from New York franchises during these past years.

Sabia recently won a Pulitizer Prize for his undercover book, "Eating Free In The Press Box While Pretending To Just Be Another Fat, Lazy Sports Reporter."

Jockweb.com is attempting to contact Sabia for the position of Director of Media Relations.  So far we have been unable to locate him at the cable news service where we hear he works.
